Paid maternity leave benefit for IUOE members

The IUOE Paid Maternity Leave benefit provides eligible members with up to $800 a week for up to 12 weeks.

Refer members and earn $75 when they go on maternity leave

Refer a member to paid maternity leave, and if they're eligible, you'll earn $75. There's no limit to the number of referrals.

The IUOE Paid Maternity Leave benefit is available to eligible members, but we can help determine your eligibility. You should apply if:

You are pregnant or birthed a child after April 1, 2025

You qualify for IUOE Health & Welfare Benefits sponsored by the Union, a Union employer or other approved plan

‍OR

You are, or recently worked, full-time and are in good standing
